Who can be a Friend?
Any User can be your Friend. All of your associations from Facebook (Friends), Twitter (Followers), and LinkedIn (Connections) - can be your Friends. If you would like to add a Friend locally within Service Shoot, then send an invite to your Friend directly from your Friend List.

What is special about Friend in ServiceShoot?
Friend has special priviledges to view your reviews. And you will also have access to their reviews. You can get all the reviews from your friends automatically - without contacting each one of them independently. Now, you can easily get great Item or great Service with the help of your friends' recommendations.

What will be visible to my Friend?
Your friend has the visibility to your reviews only. And you will have the visibility to your friends' reviews only. Your Items, Service Orders/Projects, and Quotes are private - your own.

How to import Friends from my Social Networks?
Go to My Profile and connect with the Social Network you are interested in. Extraction your associations is supported in Facebook, Twitter and LinkedIn - except Google+. On your Social Profile page, click on Refresh button - to get latest information from the Social Network. Now, click on Update Associations button. This will extract all of your associations - and add them to your Friends List (if your associations are available in Service Shoot network). If your associations are not available in Service Shoot network, please invite them to join Service Shoot and update their Social Profiles.

Why all of my associations are not showing up in my Friend List at Service Shoot?
If your association is not available in Service Shoot network, then they can not be added to your Friends List. Please send an Invite to your friends - to join and update their Social Profiles in Service Shoot.

If same person is associated to me in mutliple Social Networks, will that person be added as multiple Friends?
Not really. Every person's account is unqiuely identified by the email address. And each person can establish Social Profiles by connecting to their unique account on Social Networks. When you are associated with your friend in Service Shoot, then you are connecting with your friend as a Friend - independent of your Friend's social profiles. Acutally, you can have friends with multiple social profiles -or- no social profiles.

Can I add a Friend locally within Service Shoot?
Yes - most definitely. Go to Friends List and click on "Add Friend?" link. Add your friend's namd and email and send - with your special message. Your friend will get an email with this message. When your friend clicks on the link, your friend will see your request. After your friend accepts your request - both of you are associated as Friends. If your friend is already associated in a Social Network, then it is not necessary to send local Friendship request within Service Shoot.

Can a Friend be removed from my Network?
Sure. Go to Friends List and click on delete button next to your friend's name. Then a confirmation message will be prompted. After Ok button is selected, friend is removed from your Friends List.

Why a removed Friend showing up again in my Friend List?
If the removed Friend is in your Social Networks, then this Friend will automatically added to your Friend List - when your associations/friends are extracted from that Social Network. To permanently remove a Friend, remove that Friend from your Social Network - and then extract your associations/friends from ServiceShoot.
