What Item information can be added?
General information of an Item can be added like Acquired Date, Actual Value, and Serial Number. All other information can be included in Description. Some Items have pre-defined attributes based on the type of the Item. For example: Make, Model and Year are pre-defined attributes of a Car Item.

How are Asset Items, Category Items and Individual Items - different?
Yes, all are Items owned or acquired by User. Asset Item is the master item and it contains Category Items - which are major parts/sections of master item. And each Category Item contain individual Items. These different levels of Items help managing Items.
For example: Car or Home is a Asset Item, Kitchen in Home or Brake System of Auto is a Category Item, and Microwave in Kitchen or Brake Pads of Car are individual Items.

What is an Item Shoot?
Item Shoot is a picture or video or document of an Item. Some of the examples of Item Shoots are - Pictures, Videos, Receipt Images, User Guide/Owner Guide documents.

What is Item Inventory?
Item Inventory is creating list of all items in a Home or Car. Item Shoots can be associated to any item. Inventory Report can be created summarized by Asset or Category or Item.

How does Service Shoot help in managing Items?
Service Shoot provides an easy way to manage Items and Services for Items. Item Inventory and Order Summary reports can be very helpful in managing Items and Services to Items.

Can an Item be deleted?
Sure - an Item can be deleted at any time by the User. If the Item is associated to any Orders, then the status of the Item will be updated to Deleted and it remains in the system until the associated Orders exist. If the Item does not have any associated Orders, then that Item will get permanently removed from the System.
